Most volunteer groups schedule a two-hour session weeks in advance, but sometimes we get unexpected blessings of rescued food that needs to be processed quickly. In those cases, in order to be good stewards and make the most of your time, we need a few people we can rely on in a moment’s notice. 

Would you consider adding your name to an “on-call” list? With enough people willing to come in and help when we have a last-minute need, we can make sure no precious food goes to waste, and more in our community are fed.
